Stripe Account Creation
Step 1: Visit the Stripe Website
First, go to the Stripe website (www.stripe.com). Click on the 'Start Now' button if you don't already have an account.
Step 2: Sign Up
You'll be prompted to enter your email, full name, country, password, and agree to Stripe's terms of service. After entering these details, click 'Create your Stripe account'.
Step 3: Confirm Your Email
After registering, Stripe will send you an email to verify your account. Check your email inbox for a message from Stripe and click on the provided link to verify your account.
Step 4: Set Up Your Account
After verifying your email, you'll be directed to the Stripe dashboard. Click on 'Activate your account' to start the setup process. You'll be asked to provide information about your business, including:
Your business's legal name and address
The country where your business is located
Your website URL
A brief description of your business and the products or services you provide
The type of business (e.g., individual, corporation, non-profit, etc.)
Your Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Tax ID (for US businesses)
Your business's banking details where Stripe will deposit payments
Your name and home address
Your phone number
Your date of birth
The last four digits of your Social Security Number (for US individuals or sole proprietors)
Step 5: Connect Your Bank Account
Stripe will need your bank account information to transfer payments. Fill in your bank account number and routing number (for US accounts) in the required fields.
Step 6: Submit Your Information
After filling out all the required information, click the 'Submit' button. Stripe may take a few minutes to a few days to verify your information.
Step 7: Confirm Your Identity
In some cases, Stripe might require additional information to confirm your identity. If necessary, they'll send you an email asking for more details or documentation.
Step 8: Integration
Once your account is active, you can start integrating Stripe into your Bubble template, Direxact. You can do this by navigating to the Developers section of the dashboard, where you'll find your API keys and other necessary integration details.
Please note: Always protect your Stripe account login credentials, and make sure to keep your API keys safe. Never share them publicly, as they can be used to access sensitive user payment information.
