The home page search bar serves as a centric place for users to find businesses that meet certain criteria. Depending on the type of business they're looking for, criteria is made available for them to choose from.

Here are the relevant page parameters that are sent from the search bar to the search page, categorized by business types:

Restaurant

restaurant_category - Send data on the selected restaurant category by the user.

state_location - Let's the search page know which state the business must be located at in order to be displayed in the results.

city_location - Let's the search page know which city the business must be located at in order to be displayed in the results.

business_type - Let's the search page know which business type to display in the results.
